REFUND POLICY

TRADING TERMS:

Goods the subject of this sale are supplied in accordance with WesKleen Pty Ltd's trading terms. A copy of WesKleen Pty Ltd's trading terms may be viewed at http://www.weskleensupplies.com.au

WesKleen Pty Ltd will constitute acceptance of such trading terms and will create a binding security agreement between you and WesKleen Pty Ltd.

CONDITION OF SALE:

You grant WesKleen Pty Ltd a security interest in all goods supplied or any after-acquired goods (inventory) and their proceeds.

The security interest created by such trading terms is a continuing security and is a first ranking purchase money security interest in respect of the goods as inventory.

CLAIMS:

No refund or replacement policy for change of mind.

No Claims recognised unless made within three days from date of sale.

RETURNS:

Goods returned for credit within 30 days of receipt will be subject to 25% re-stocking charges.

No credit available for Returns after 30 Days.
